The exhibition, conceived and curated as a memorial exhibition, comprises more than 30 photographic photographs from Hans Feurer’s body of work. It is the first exhibition worldwide since the artist’s passing in 2024. The exhibition honors the significance of Hans Feurer’s contributions to fashion photography and traces the artistic development of the photographic artist through works spanning more than five decades, starting with his first well-known works from 1962. In addition to famous major works like Nova and La Mode Ski, the exhibition also showcases pieces that have never been exhibited before. The exhibition contextualizes the characteristic color photographs with the period style significant to Hans Feurer, as well as selected black-and-white photographs.
Hans Feurer has been exclusively represented worldwide by CAMERA WORK Gallery since 1997.
