The exhibition focuses on the profound influence of Dutch masters on contemporary photography. Spanning from the Golden Age with Rembrandt van Rijn and Johannes Vermeer to later icons such as Vincent van Gogh and Piet Mondrian, the exhibition explores how the symbolism and aesthetics of these artists continue to resonate in modern photographic art, emphasizing the timeless relevance of their work.
Around 20 works by Ruud van Empel, Vincent Peters, Eugenio Recuenco, Christian Tagliavini, and Albert Watson are presented.
