Ad-hoc-Mitteilung from October 4, 2017:
Kündigung der Einbeziehung der Aktien der Camera Work AG in den Freiverkehr der Börse Berlin (Download)

The CAMERA WORK AG owns one of the world's largest photo book and photo collections. The collection includes vintage works of renowned photo artists such as Diane Arbus, Richard Avedon, Louis Feurer, Robert Frank, Dorothea Lange, Peter Lindbergh, Helmut Newton, Irving Penn, Man Ray and Paul Strand. Thus, the worldwide only listed company in the global photographic art market achieves a symbiosis between photographic art and investment strategy. The development of the collection at the highest level lies equally in the focus of CAMERA WORK AG as the promotion of photography as an art form. This builds the basis for accretion and long-term value.

The CAMERA WORK GmbH is a 100 percent subsidiary of CAMERA WORK AG. It runs the galleries CAMERA WORK GALLERY and CWC and is responsible for conducting the gallery which includes regularly changing exhibitions, trade shows or collaborations with museums and other institutions.

The CAMERA WORK AG also owns the Museum THE KENNEDYS in Berlin – all exhibits come from the own collection.
